Items which we do not keep in stock will be normally dispatched within 3 working days. Most orders will require a signature on arrival (except low value orders) and will be delivered by either Royal Mail (1st Class) or City Link. Orders to Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands will be sent either by Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Standard Parcels depending on the order weight.
